General holiday information

Our Profigl Eco Guesthouse is not particularly suited for small children due to its location in natural terrain. However, children are always welcome. Young children up to 6 years should always be supervised, while older children can enjoy playing in the nearby forest.
The entire property is a non-smoking area. Smoking is only permitted on balconies and in the garden.
Please bring house slippers. Our floors are made of solid wood from trees in our own forest, and we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing shoes inside the apartment. Slippers can also be borrowed at the reception if needed.
Minimum stay of 7 nights during high season.
Our apartments at Profigl Eco Guesthouse are designed for guests who appreciate a sustainable holiday and value eco-friendly and healthy living.
We expect a respectful and mindful treatment of the entire property, including its furnishings and equipment. Please keep in mind that everything has been handcrafted with great care.

Arrival & Departure

Arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week. During high season, weekly stays run from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in: Your apartment at Profigl Eco Guesthouse will be ready for you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out: Please vacate your apartment by 9:30 AM on the day of departure.

We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed.

Payment Terms

Payment method: The deposit can be paid via bank transfer.
The remaining payment for the rental price is to be made in cash, by debit card (ATM) or credit card.
Please note that in Italy there is a maximum limit for cash payments.

Location and arrival

Our Profigl Guesthouse is idyllically situated on the sunny slopes of Mount Plose, just above Brixen/Bressanone. The peaceful location in the heart of nature offers pure relaxation, yet is still easily accessible.

Arrival by car:

From the north: Exit the highway at Vahrn/Franzensfeste

From the south: Exit the highway at Klausen

Continue to Brixen, then to Milland, and further to St. Andrä. From here, head towards St. Leonhard. Our holiday apartments are located at the village entrance. Follow the signs.
Please note that in winter, winter tires and snow chains are mandatory, as snow and slippery roads may occur.

Arrival by public transportation:

By train: The nearest train station is in Brixen. From there, you can easily continue by bus.
By bus: The nearest bus stop, St. Leonhard Kampill, is 500 meters away. You can reach us with:
-Line 321: From Brixen to St. Leonhard
-Line 320: From Brixen to St. Andrä
Upon request, we offer transfers to the bus stop in St. Andrä.
