On Tuesday, a very special experience awaits: together with an Apple Ambassador from the Bressanone Tourist Board, you’ll explore the historic centre of Bressanone before heading out into the countryside and up to the apple-growing plateau of Natz-Schabs. Walking through vineyards and apple orchards, you’ll discover fascinating facts about South Tyrol’s apples, taste different varieties and enjoy a traditional South Tyrolean Marende – a hearty local snack. A glass of wine or apple juice rounds off this delicious experience.

On Wednesday evening, we invite you to join us for a little apple-themed cooking class. Together, we’ll prepare a traditional South Tyrolean dish: Apfel-Scheiterhaufen, a rustic apple and bread dessert.
The name might sound a little strange at first… but trust us – it’s absolutely delicious!
